Process & Practical
Our standard turnaround is up to 21 days from the point all footage and assets are received. Larger or ongoing partnerships may have custom timelines.
We keep you updated throughout every stage of the process, so you always know where your project stands.We use a secure, cloud-based upload system, no hard drives or complicated transfers. You’ll receive a dedicated upload link once your project begins.
However, you can send any footage in post for larger files (we’ve had someone ship 1TB from the USA)
Absolutely. We review your previous content, brand guidelines, and tone to ensure every video aligns seamlessly with your identity.
Each project includes two rounds of revisions. Additional refinements can be added at an agreed hourly rate if needed.
All completed videos are delivered via a secure, cloud-based upload system, in your preferred formats and resolutions suitable for each platform.
We work with talking heads, behind-the-scenes clips, call recordings, podcasts, speaking engagements, and event footage.
If it’s clear and captured with intent, we can edit it, and we’ll advise you if anything needs improving before editing begins.
Strategy & Collaboration
Not necessarily. Many clients already have unused, valuable footage ready to be repurposed. We’ll help you identify and make the most of what you already have.
We primarily optimise content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, but we can adapt deliverables for any platform you use.
While our focus and expertise is in editing, we provide light strategic guidance on structure, pacing, and message clarity to help your videos land effectively.

You have up to 6 months to resume a project unless other agreements have been made.
