How We Work

We believe professionalism and transparency are non-negotiable.

These policies outline how we operate so every project runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.

Payments & Deposits

Full payment is required up front before each project begins.

For ongoing partnerships or retainers, invoices are issued monthly and payment terms are agreed in advance.

We accept payments via standard bank transfer unless otherwise arranged.

Turnaround

Our standard turnaround is 21 days from the point all footage, brand assets, and information are received.

Larger or bespoke projects may have adjusted timelines agreed in advance.

Rush delivery options are available on request and may include an additional fee.

Revisions

Each project includes two rounds of revisions.

Revisions are completed on Tuesdays and Thursdays to ensure consistent scheduling and workflow management.

Additional rounds can be added at an agreed hourly rate.

Revision requests must be submitted within seven days of delivery to ensure timely completion.

Refunds

Due to the creative and time-based nature of video editing, refunds cannot be issued once work has begun.

If there’s ever an issue with your project, we’ll always aim to resolve it quickly and fairly.

Confidentiality & File Use

All footage, audio, and materials provided by you remain your property.

However, unless you have specifically requested otherwise in writing, Precision Edits reserves the right to share, post, and use final deliverables for marketing purposes, including portfolio features, social media posts, and promotional materials.

We will never share confidential or sensitive raw footage without permission.

File Retention

Final videos are stored securely for six months after delivery.

Please ensure you download and back up your files within this period, storage beyond that time can be arranged for a small ongoing storage fee

Client Responsibilities

To maintain efficiency, clients are responsible for providing all assets (footage, logos, reference videos, etc.) before the start date.

Delays in providing these assets may result in adjusted timelines.

Communication

All project communication is handled through our official channels, email or our chosen project management platform.

We keep everything organised and documented for your convenience and clarity.

Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, all rights to the final edited videos are transferred to you.

Precision Edits retains ownership of working files (project files, templates, and raw edit data) unless a separate arrangement is made.

Policy Updates

We occasionally review and update these policies to ensure transparency and fairness.
Any updates will always be shared with current clients before taking effect.
